Radiators recycling plant


This plant has been designed by Panizzolo technicians to grind and refine waste material coming from automotive and industrial radiators, to have high performances and get the maximum profit from the separated metals.

The standard process in this plants gives the following outputs:

  • Iron
  • Aluminium
  • Copper



Radiators’ treatment requires a powerful shredding and an accurate material selection, which will increase the value of the processed goods. Panizzolo machines feature a patented system of interchangeable cradle and grids that will allow user to have an incredibly refined product, or simply just the required output size.

This patented system helps in reducing costs, but also gives our machines the capability of processing huge quantities of material with less smaller power-units.

Use technologies

Shredder To operate a first material size-reduction and to open/reduce size of pressed/packed scrap waste.
Hammermill Panizzolo Hammermills come in mobile or stationary version. Hammermill size and power-unit can change accordingly to required hourly production and material to process.
Other separation technologies Depending on required processing and output quality, this plant can be completed with eddy current separators for non-ferrous metals, magnetic separators and more.
