PRODUCTIVITY

This type of plant is conceived to process and separate metal materials from the covering panels who have finished their operational life. Output material after the treatment will be separated into:

  • Iron proler.
  • Inerts (polyurethane insulation)

Starting from the panels shredding, Panizzolo Recycling Systems hammermills are able to perform an excellent separation between iron sheets and the polyurethane insulation layers.

The control software, set up by Panizzolo, is user friendly and gives the chance of managing the production in real time.

Use technologies

Shredder To operate a first size reduction, or to open/reduce size of pressed and baled material.
Hammermill Mobile or stationary versions available. According to needed production rates or results, a complete range of hammermills is available.
Other separation technologies Depending on required processing and output quality, this plant can be completed with eddy current separators for non-ferrous metals, magnetic separators and more.
