Panizzolo plants for used tires recycling are recognized as one of the best solutions to this problem, because of their high production rates and effective results.
They can process passenger cars tires and truck tires, obtaining the following output:
Panizzolo plant for tire recycling is composed of three different “blocks”. Each block has its specific production and its different outputs as tire crumb, rubber chip, iron wire, rubber granule.
Being a modular system, it is possible to choose just a single process, like i.e. tire shredding and selection to have high-quality tire crumb. Every plant can be quickly upgraded.
The process flow of Panizzolo Tire Plant is controlled and guaranteed by the control software. The control software is easy and user-friendly, allowing customer to manage the production at its best, in real time, having direct control on the whole plant. It can be also equipped with a remote connection assistance.
Panizzolo plant for tire recycling features a mechanical cleaning process, avoiding liquid gases, chemical agents for rubber freezing or expensive and dangerous thermic systems.
Panizzolo plant is designed to reduce noise pollution level, requiring also less maintenance service.
Everything is made with special selected alloys, to ensure long life, maximizing quality of the output.
|Bead remover - Debeader||For the mechanical extraction of the harmonium steel ring inside truck tires.|
|Shredder - special "classifier" sieve||Tires are processed inside Panizzolo shreddder.
Shredder, working together with a special "classifier" sieve and a loop circuit, gives a high-quality output tire-crumb, whose size can be customized according to customer needs and requirements (50x50 mm - 80x80 mm. - 100x100 mm.)
|Monorotor||With interchangeable grids, to process tire crumb and obtain a standard granulated output. The results of this process are:
- Rubber Chip
- Iron wire separated from rubber
Rubber-chip and iron-wire are separated by an iron separator. Rubber chip is carried into the third working process, while iron wire can be stocked separately and transformed into secondary raw material by Panizzolo Tyre-Rubber plants.
|Granulators||Rubber chip (20 mm.) is conveyed to the blade-mill with grid, in order to reduce its size to an average of 4 mm.. This size will allow separation between textile fiber and rubber.|
|Separators||Output material moves to separators, for final selection and size reduction.|
