ELECTRIC MOTOR

RECYCLING PLANTS

The mechanisation of the production process is a distinctive feature of effective electric motor processing. The mechanical processing applied to all the various recycling stages makes it possible to optimise the production process in terms of time, costs and results. The issues related to the reliability of electric motor processing plants and the compliance with safety criteria that current regulations require from companies are also of major importance. Panizzolo Recycling plants are designed to ensure high standards both in terms of reliability and long-term productivity.

Panizzolo Recycling develops advanced, customisable recycling systems consisting of mills for electric motors and waste sorting systems. Motor shredding machinery is designed to be flexible in the treatment of electric motors in various sizes. Excellent yields can indeed be obtained both in the recycling of small and medium-sized industrial motors and of mixed motors from vehicle or WEEE electric motor shredding.

Secondary raw material recovery is obtained by shredding bulky waste and sorting ferrous materials from non-ferrous ones. Recycling machinery performance and hourly production depend on the size and types of the waste to be processed. The size of the output materials can be adjusted and optimised thanks to special vibrating, rotating screens and vibrating tops. Our recycling plants are specifically designed to maximise and capitalise on the recovery of copper, aluminium and iron. The common goals of Panizzolo Recycling’s motor shredding machines are as follows:

  • Maximised profitability with a view to the quality of output materials, as well as time and cost savings,
  • Simplicity of management thanks to a remote control software for productivity management,
  • Flexibility and modularity of the recycling plant so as to effectively treat different types of metal waste and combine with other Panizzolo Recycling accessories.

CONTROL AND SUPERVISIONSOFTWARE

Simple and intuitive, Panizzolo Recycling software was designed to assist the end user in all metal waste refining stages and monitor processes even remotely.
