mixed metal

Panizzolo Recycling’s mixed metal recycling plants are designed to optimally perform shredding, crushing and consistent sorting of metal scrap from mixed collection, demolition of civil and industrial equipment and WEEE waste. With our wide range of hammer mills, shredders and metal sorting systems, metal waste can be recycled in all its variables. These systems work mechanically, doing away with heavy input waste manual sorting and optimising the production cycle.

Processing involves a first step of volumetric reduction by means of industrial openers and shredders and a second one of mixed metal grinding by means of grinding mills.

Fluff processing, obtained via refining plant, is a key process. By effectively separating ferrous materials from non-ferrous ones and impurities, copper, aluminium, brass and steel can be fully recovered.

Panizzolo Recycling’s metal recycling systems put great know-how and technologically advanced systems at the service of customers. Only this way can we assure perfect consistency and purity of the selected metals that will be later directly sold to foundries.

Our metal recycling and sorting systems maximize results in ferrous scrap processing as well as mixed scrap metal and non-ferrous fluff recycling.

All production outputs comply with EU Regulations 333/2011 and EU 715/2013.

Simple and intuitive, Panizzolo Recycling software was designed to assist the end user in all metal waste refining stages and monitor processes even remotely.
